Everything under one roof – tool and mold making is our core competence

Because we can do it best ourselves: Since 1982, we have been manufacturing molds in single- and multi-component technology in our mold shop. Our highly qualified designers, precision mechanics and technicians in the tool shop as well as our own training department for our future precision mechanics guarantee the consistent quality of our injection molds. It goes without saying that we also carry out the maintenance of the molds ourselves. This saves our customers ways, time and money!

For the construction it offers many advantages that we manufacture the tools ourselves. All core processes such as milling, eroding and grinding take place in-house using CAM. Here, several CAM programming stations guarantee a smooth process. In addition to the production of molds, we support our production department with helpful fixtures up to complete automation systems for the activities upstream and downstream of the injection molding process.

Our modern machinery consists of equipment from well-known and proven national and international manufacturers. We also enjoy working well with reliable partners from our competence network.

Weil wir es selbst am besten können: Seit 1982 stellen wir Werkzeuge in der Ein- und Mehrkomponenten-Technologie in unserem Werkzeugbau her. Garant für gleichbleibende Qualität unserer Spritzgusswerkzeuge sind unsere hochqualifizierten Konstrukteure, Feinwerkmechaniker und Techniker im Werkzeugbau sowie eine eigene Ausbildungsabteilung für unsere zukünftigen Feinwerkmechaniker. Auch die Wartung der Werkzeuge leisten wir selbstverständlich selbst. Das spart unseren Kunden Wege, Zeit und Geld!

Für die Konstruktion bietet es viele Vorteile, dass wir die Werkzeuge selbst herstellen. Alle Kernprozesse wie Fräsen, Erodieren und Schleifen finden im Haus mittels CAM statt. Hierbei garantieren mehrere CAM-Programmierplätze einen reibungslosen Ablauf. Neben der Herstellung von Werkzeugen unterstützen wir unsere Produktionsabteilung mit hilfreichen Vorrichtungen bis hin zu kompletten Automatisierungsanlagen für die dem Spritzgießprozess vor- und nachgelagerten Tätigkeiten.

Unser moderner Maschinenpark besteht aus Anlagen von bekannten und bewährten nationalen und internationalen Herstellern. Außerdem arbeiten wir gerne und gut mit verlässlichen Partnern aus unserem Kompetenznetzwerk zusammen.

Our modern machinery, with more than 40 machines from well-known manufacturers, guarantees a high degree of automation. We process all common materials as well as special types – there are almost no limits to your ideas!

The findings and agreements from the development flow into the production planning, which is optimally supported by a modern PPS system. At this point, you and we benefit from the fact that we have in-house departments for tool construction and tool maintenance. This ensures short maintenance times and thus a high availability of the production tools. Ultimately, this means for you: flexible and demand-oriented production!

Of course, you can rely on quality assurance in accordance with the process standards from ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3, which can also be extended to include your own requirements and specific standards if necessary.

Quality management

For 40 years now, we have been successfully supporting our customers in the areas of product development, plastics processing, toolmaking and injection molding. The basis for our traditionally good reputation are the certifications according to DIN ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 in compliance with VDA 6.3. However, we are not satisfied with this alone.

Between mold making and injection molding production, we have installed our measuring and testing area. 3D coordinate measuring machine and the use of Quick Scope provide consistently precise results at the highest level in both tactile and non-contact measurement on parts and surfaces.

In addition to the measurement of component dimensions, we also set standards in the measurement of optical components with our light laboratory. Thanks to spectroradiometric light measurement systems and compact test systems based on measuring cameras, measurements of illuminance, light color, light transmission and luminous intensity distributions can be easily integrated into our quality processes.

In addition to technical quality assurance, our employees are a key factor in our decades of success. We specifically rely on our own junior staff and attach great importance to intensive training and further education as well as demand-oriented training of our personnel.
